ACT Fibernet Now Offers SonyLIV Subscription, but Rs 99 Fee Doesn’t Make Sense
Dec. 12, 2018Indian ISPACT Fibernetis now extending its offerings of over-the-top video content and adding SonyLIV to the list of supported services. Customers across all 16 cities where ACT provides its services will be able tosubscribe to SonyLIV for Rs 99 per month.
This partnership appears to be in line with the other content tie-ups that SonyLIV has made over time to improve its library of content. Last month, SonyLIV partnered with USA’s Lionsgate Entertainment Group to offer shows likeThe White Queen,Vida,Chasing Life,Survivor’s Remorseetc. Before that, it partnered with Amagi to add mid-roll ads to its content, just like Facebook.
