Aug. 25, 2019

Communicating with your teammates through voice chat is one of the crucial factors for coordinating the squad and making an action plan to combat the enemies in anymultiplayer gameand PUBG Mobile, the popularbattle royale gameright now on Android and iOS is no exception. But, have you ever wondered if you could call out the location of enemies without marking the location with the infamous “Enemies Ahead” chat command or shouting the color and direction of the building? I bet you would have and today, we are bringing you the list of all the buildings found in Erangel Map of PUBG Mobile.

Note: This list will cover all the distinct buildings and hence, visually obvious buildings like Hospital, School and Satellite Station are omitted.

1. Tool Shed

1. Tool Shed

Tool Shed is undoubtedly the first choice for a lot of people for applying a quick bandage or medkit. It also increases your stealth if you’re crouching. However, you know how to call out the place the next time you come across one.

• Good place to find shelter when getting sniped• Usually equipped with ammo and health

• Can get attacked with frag grenades easily• Entrance could be blocked with vehicles

The shed is the smaller version of Tool Shed which will provide room for a quick hideout amidst a furious sniper battle. I usually rely on these sheds for restoring health and reloading weapons.

• Good place to find shelter when getting sniped• Usually equipped with ammo and health

• Can get fragged easily• Only one entrance and exit

Wizard Tower is one of those places where the circle ends can get quite dramatic. If you act early and camp your squad in one of these wizard towers, you will have a clear advantage over your enemies. However, the opposite could be true if the last circle moves away from these towers forcing you to relocate and hence revealing you to the opponents.

• Good camping point for the entire squad• 360-degree view allows the squad to predict rushing from other squads

• Can get fragged easily• Players can get easily stopped here

I know your subconscious mind screams “loot” when you see this place. Diner always has enough supplies for the entire squad so you can loot in peace while leaving some firearms for your fellow squad mates. However, expect a lot of competition here.

• Always equipped with weapons and ammo

• A lot of windows for enemies to spot you• Attract a lot of players

Guard Towers won’t help much contrary to their name. You can’t expect much protection in here but it serves the purpose for rescuing yourself from a distant sniper rifle assault.

• Temporary cover when getting sniped• Usually is equipped with bandages and health

• Not much cover

Watch Tower is similar to Guard Tower but it is a more ancient form of it. You should never consider hiding on top of these buildings as there is no possible way you’re going to get away with it.

• Temporary cover when getting sniped• Usually is equipped with bandages and health

• Can get sniped easily

A wooden shack should never be your first choice for camping as it is more prone to attacks. Moreover, you can’t even get good hideout and protection against frag grenades in these places.

• Temporary cover when getting sniped• Usually is equipped with bandages and health

• Not a good camping site

Three-story buildings help you and your squad spread out to focus on enemy squads approaching from different directions and will have sufficient amount of loot in them.

• One of the best buildings to camp• Enough windows and altitude for suppressing fire and sniping• Enough weapons and ammo for the entire team

• Multiple floors allow other squads to rush easily• Too many windows, prominent risk of frag grenades

Two-Story buildings are quite safe in my opinion, but the number of windows in these buildings is just too high and if a pro sniper spots you, chances are you’re going to get your level 3 helmet wrecked.

• Good building to camp• Enough windows and altitude for suppressing fire and sniping

• Multiple floors allow other squads to rush easily

This is one of those places where you will be in a safe position to camp. However, this should not be your first choice to camp since the loot here is often quite disappointing.

• Good camp spot• Easy access to nearby buildings

• Sometimes the loot is not worth the effort here

Warehouse comes equipped with enough firepower to dramatically kill enemies nearby. Also, warehouses remind me of those good old action movies where there is a lot of suspense before a fight.

• Always equipped with good weapons and ammo and they come in pairs or threes, enough for the entire squad• Works as a temporary shelter while moving through the map

• A lot of enemy squads• Can hide vehicles inside

Garage House is the place where you can drive your vehicle in, like a boss. However, that can be applicable to enemies too and hence, proceed to Garage House with a bit caution.

• A famous spot for camping• Enough guns and ammo for the entire squad• Good spot to snipe enemies running

• All squads will look to enter and secure position• Easy to rush

Old Church is my go-to destination for performing some sniper shots. The place has enough loot and has great visibility and reach. The safety, however, is not much high. But hey, gamers don’t die. They respawn, right?

• Ultimate Sniper spot, always has good scopes• Good spot to hold for most of the game

• Squads will rush from all sides

Two-story shops are easily accessible and would give you enough loot for survival but it definitely is a bad idea for a squad to rush into one of these shops because the end results might be undesirable.

• Good building to camp• Enough windows and altitude for suppressing fire and sniping

• Multiple floors allow other squads to rush easily

Attic House are those fancy buildings with good external architecture but, you will never know if someone is hiding upstairs unless you decide to get into them.

• Sometimes, the attic can be a good lookout spot

• Limited loot

Manor helps you take down enemies on the ridges but on the flip side, enemies could easily kill you if you’re not careful enough.

• Good place for healing• Wide spaces to move around and scope out the terrain

• Limited loot• Enemies can stand on the ridges and take out the squad inside

Large Rectangle, the name sounds kind of obvious, looking at the external appearance of the building. This place can help you out for doing quick actions like applying bandages, sharing excess loot with the squad and so on.

• Good spot to camp while rotating• Almost every town has one

• No cover, limited strategic advantage

Contrary to the name, this building usually does not have an ample amount of loot for the entire squad members.

• Multiple chokepoints to gun down rushing teams easily

• Building present only in certain areas

• Less loot

Petrol Pumps serve as a good intermediate location but you’re more likely to run into enemies here.

• Good location to use a mid-point between rotations

• Famous for loots

• Most teams use this as a mid-point, so expect hostiles

The farmhouse has a good amount of firepower and is a good place for a temporary hideout. But enemies could attack you anytime if you consider camping here.

• Top floor provides good vantage point• Heavy equipped with guns and ammo

• Can be easily rushed• Killing zone

Plank Houses are one of the riskiest buildings in Erangel. You will never know when you’re about to get attacked since there is no significant protection or place to hideout in these buildings.

• Part of a collection of houses• Good location to loot

• Not enough cover

Green Grocery is one of the underrated places where you can find items to replenish your health. You will also get a couple of smoke grenades and stun grenades here.

• Not many players come to this location• Usually equipped with grenades and health

• Not enough cover

The hotel has enough loot, sufficient cover, multiple rooms to spread out the squad. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.

• Good loot location• Multiple rooms provide ample cover

• Building present only in certain areas• Easy to breach

Mini balconies provide sufficient cover, but the loot is often insufficient in these places and hence, make sure you have enough firepower to survive here.

• Two floors help with repositioning after firing at enemies• Provides good cover

• Prone to rushes

Apartments will give you more than enough loot, great cover, a good place for hideout and sniping enemies. However, spotting enemies will be quite difficult because of the number of rooms they have.

• Ultimate loot heaven• Multiple tactical advantages – terrace, stairways• An absolute dream for sniping

• Locating enemies inside might be challenging due to size

Small Rectangle is a risky place if there are hidden enemies inside the small room-like opening and you will have to proceed with extreme caution.

• Can be used for cover while rotating

• Not enough loot• Not much tactical advantage
