Apple’s Job Listing Hints at New Media Apps for Windows

Apple has opened its job portal seeking developers with relevant experience on Windows apps for the role “Senior Software Engineer- Windows Media Apps” to join its Santa Clara Valley (Cupertino) team.

Thejob listingexplicitly mentions that “experience with UWP is a big plus” hinting that these new apps could be built on Microsoft’s Universal Windows Platform (UWP) for Windows 10. AsThe Vergepoints out, this move could bring Apple TV Plus to the Xbox One.
