Huawei Trademarks AR/VR Glasses; Launch Expected at IFA 2019
Aug. 16, 2019While we await the launch of the Mate 30 Pro with bated breath, Huawei has now gone ahead and received trademarks for both AR and VR glasses. This follows the myriad ofprevious trademarksrumored to be for the Mate 30 series, but gives weight to talks of Huawei working on its own pair of AR glasses.
Huawei CEO Richard Yu last year revealed that the company was working on a pair of augmented reality (AR) glasses. He sees a ton of value in AR technology and the new trademark applications prove the same. You can find the trademark application below:
