However, given that the iPad Pro line is aimed more at creative professionals than general consumers, the triple-camera setup would be a curious addition in case Apple is, indeed, planning to implement the feature.

While the current-gen iPad Pro only sports a single 12MP sensor at the back and a 7MP sensor at the front, last-year’s 6th-gen iPad comes with a measly 1.2MP camera at the front and an 8MP sensor at the back. That being the case, the multi-cam setups on these devices promise to be a significant step-up in terms of their imaging cred.
